Registration and security procedures

The event will be held at an exclusive hotel in Madrid, Spain, during Spring 2023.

• All users will register via a registration form.
• The event will count with the hotel’s private security and police for all the security requirements of the event
• Wi‐fi in all the area
• Protocol responsibility for all authorities
• We will provide for each stand a team of Arabic, English and Spanish speaking stewardesses
• Soft drinks, water, coffee, tea and sweets
• Medical staff
• Cleaning staff
